48th Yoga Teacher's Training Course at Vashi & Dadar
- Comprehensive course of 360 hours spanned over eleven months
- Starts from July and ends in May. Available in both in-person and hybrid modes.
- 3 days in a week (2 weekdays Tuesday & Thursday in evenings 6.30PM To 8.30PM and Sunday morning 8.00AM to 12.00 NOON)
- ‘Unique Teaching Procedures’ (UTPs) based on Educational Principles through Graded Yogic Course
- Strict adherence to Traditional Hatha Yoga principles
- Equal importance to theory and practice
- Learning local effects, associated effects and central effects of every practice on body and mind
- Theory subjects covered – Human Anatomy and Physiology, Yogic Science and Educational Psychology
- Special emphasis on practically learning Shuddhi Kriyas like Neti, Dhouti, Sitkrama - Vyutkrama, Kapalbhati, Nauli etc.
- Personality development by participation in debates and discussions and exploring creativity through exhibitions and excursion etc.
- ‘Research Project’ work / assignment – Presenting dissertation on a Yoga related Topic
- ‘Class Room Lessons’ – for honing the teaching skills learned
- ‘One-week Yoga Workshop’ - a pilot project to test teaching skills learned during the course
- “Summer Course” – Conducting one month workshop for teaching Yoga to public by independently canvasing participants.
- ‘Teacher’s Training Course’ is actually a “Total Transformation Course”
- Students who complete both YTTC and YNTC Diploma Courses of YVN are entitled for “INDIAN YOGA ASSOCIATION”- IYA Certificate.
