Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Book orders can not be cancelled once shipped/delivered.
- For all cancellations, the processing fees of minimum of 2.5% of the transaction amount will be charged irrespective of when the Cancellation is requested and whether the cancellation is for Book order or any Course conducted by Yoga Vidya Niketan.
- The actual cancellation amount will depend on the duration of the course and when the cancellation is requested (either before start of the course or after attending the course partially). For example if the cancellation for the Course is requested before the start of the course then only 2.5% processing fees will be deducted. For any cancellation after partially attending the course, the amount would be decided based on how much course is attended and beyond the communicated cancellation period, no refund will be given.
- The Cancellation period for different course varies based on the duration of the course and would be communicated during the course period.
